Ashanna is a proud alumnus of University of California at Los Angeles (2007) and Georgetown University (2015). She received her Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science and Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from these prominent institutions. As an avid scholar, Ashanna was selected as a winner of Warner History Essay Contest titled The Diverse Nation: A case study of Chinese and Malay conflicts in Indonesia in 2005. She is also actively involves as a mentor for graduate and undergraduate school applicants for Education USA Indonesia Mentorship Program (https://mentoring.educationusa.or.id/) where she has helped several students to prepare resumes and personal statements prior to receiving their grants and the U.S. Government-funded scholarships (i.e. Fulbright or USAID) and the Indonesian Government Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP R.I.).

 

Ashanna is also a member of Indonesia Bruins Association and excited to assist any fellow Bruins and Hoyas– or any professionals and students - who need a helping-hand in preparing for their future.
